The Merage School’s Flex MBA
What is Flex Learning?
- The ability to customized when and where you learn to fit your busy life.
- The flexibility to learn online, in-person or a combination of both.
- A fluid and complementary interaction between online coursework and in-person learning opportunities
What Format is the Program Delivered?
- Courses in the Flex MBA program are offered both online and in-person.
- In-person courses are conducted at the UCI campus and students attend class at the Merage School on campus every week of the 10-week quarter.
- Online courses are blend of 60% asynchronous online course content and 40% synchronous online sessions in a video conferencing platform.
- The asynchronous portion of Merage online courses are designed to prepare students to participate and engage in the synchronous online sessions.
- The Merage School emphasizes active, experiential learning opportunities, and the online courses are designed to offer the same quality learning experience.
